Wow! What a beautiful experience. We did a group of 3 hot air balloon ride over Teotihuacán. We were picked up and dropped off promptly. Were greeted with coffee and pastries. And had a champagne toast after riding the balloon. Everyone was extremely professional, and communication was easy via WhatsApp. Definitely recommend this once in a lifetime experience.

Tour coordinators were charismatic and organised; tour guides were engaging and knowledgeable. All in all, everyone was passionate about what they were doing, which made my trip an extremely enjoyable experience! I made grutas de Tolantongo' and Huasteca Potosina's trip!

The best, friendliest, and sweetest agency I’ve been with! I took a day trip through them, and wow! Best experience I’ve had! The day and weekend trips are the best, and a great way of familiarizing and getting to know the wonderful country of Mexico! I’m a female traveler, and felt safe, and secure!
